It allows for easy accessibility of the food from all three sides. The base comes with a detachable food pan with a bent perforated drainboard for drainage of excess grease. The U-shaped infrared heating elements deliver the heat to keep your fried foods hot and crispy. It is perfect for holding french fries, onion rings, fried chicken, and more.
